Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the Waqti Store website, between:

WAQTI STORE, a sole proprietorship registered in France, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller";
And any individual or legal entity making a purchase via the website, hereinafter referred to as "the Client".

2. Products

The products offered for sale are watches and accessories available on the website, subject to stock availability.

Each product is described with precision.
Minor variations (colors, reflections, visuals) may exist without engaging the Seller's responsibility.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€).

VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI

Delivery fees are indicated before order confirmation.

WAQTI STORE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price applied will be that in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order

Any order implies acceptance of these GTC.

The order is validated after payment.

WAQTI STORE reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:

  • ongoing dispute
  • suspected fraud
  • incorrect information

5. Payment

Payments are secured.

Credit card

Immediate payment via Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard.
No bank details are stored.

PayPal

Secure payment via PayPal.

Klarna (if available)

Payment in installments or deferred according to eligibility.

By using Klarna, the Client accepts their terms and conditions, and a verification may be performed.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Times

Orders are delivered within 7 to 11 business days.

These times are indicative and may vary in case of:

  • high demand
  • transportation
  • customs
  • force majeure

6.2 Address

The Client must verify their information.

In case of error:
re-shipping costs will be borne by the Client

6.3 Receipt

The Client must check their package upon receipt.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Deadline

The Client has 14 days after receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

7.2 Conditions

The product must be:

  • unworn
  • unused
  • in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the Client.

7.3 Refund

The refund is issued after receipt and verification of the product.

WAQTI STORE reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product is:

  • damaged
  • incomplete
  • used

8. Warranty

Products benefit from legal guarantees:

  • conformity
  • hidden defects

9. Liability

  • indirect damages
  • improper use of the product
  • delivery delays beyond its control
