Delivery Times

Orders placed on Waqti Store are processed and then shipped as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery time: 7 to 11 business days

This timeframe includes:

  • order preparation
  • shipping
  • delivery to your home

These times are indicative and may vary in case of:

  • high demand
  • exceptional periods (sales, holidays, etc.)
  • carrier delays
  • customs procedures

Delivery Delays

In case of delay, the Customer is asked to wait a few extra days, as delivery times may vary depending on the carriers.

If a package is declared lost:
WAQTI STORE will open an investigation with the carrier
If the package is not found, we will offer:

  • a reshipment
  • or a refund

Order Tracking

A tracking number is usually provided after your order has been shipped.

The Customer is responsible for tracking their package via the provided link.

Delivery Address

The Customer must ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete.

In case of error:

  • WAQTI STORE cannot be held responsible
  • reshipment costs will be borne by the Customer

Delivery Methods

Delivery is made to the address indicated during the order.

The package is delivered:

  • in the mailbox
  • or hand-delivered
  • or to a relay point depending on the carrier

Package Receipt

The Customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt.

In case of a problem (damaged package, missing or incorrect product):

Damaged Package

If the package is visibly damaged:

It is recommended to:

  • take photos
  • refuse the package if necessary

No claims will be considered without proof of damage.

Unclaimed / Undelivered Package

If the package is returned due to:

  • incorrect address
  • recipient's absence
  • failure to collect from a relay point

Reshipment costs will be borne by the Customer.

Responsibility

WAQTI STORE cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery problems related to:

  • carriers
  • postal services
  • external events (strikes, weather, customs, etc.)
