Return and Refund Policy - WAQTI STORE
At Waqti Store, we are committed to upholding your rights as a consumer, in accordance with current legislation.
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.

Please specify:
- your order number
- the product concerned
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:
- unworn
- unused
- in perfect condition
- in its original packaging
Any product returned:
- damaged
- incomplete
- used
cannot be refunded.
3. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Exception: If the product is defective or incorrect, the costs will be covered by WAQTI STORE.
4. Defective products or order error
If you receive a product that is:
- defective
- damaged
- or incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with:
- product photos
- order number
We will offer:
- a replacement
- or a refund
5. Exceptions (non-refundable)
In accordance with the law, certain products cannot be returned:
- personalized products
- opened or worn products
- products damaged after receipt
6. Order Cancellation
Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period: the order is being processed and can no longer be cancelled.
7. Refund
Once the return is received and validated:
the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Timeframe: up to 14 business days
Depending on your bank, the timeframe may vary.
8. Parcel not received / Delivery issue
If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received: an investigation will be opened with the carrier.
WAQTI STORE will only be able to issue a refund after the investigation is validated.
9. Return address
The return address will be communicated to you after your request has been validated by email: contact@waqtistore.com
